- Demographic, intake, and insurance data: retained as long as needed for treatment, payment, and dental operations or until you request deletion.
- Technical information: retained for up to 90 days for performance monitoring.
- All data submitted via our website is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS.
- Intake and form data stored in Google Workspace is encrypted at rest.
- Access to your information is restricted to authorized staff only, using strong authentication controls.
- Regular backups and audit logging help detect and recover from any incidents.
- Access & Portability: you can request a copy of your personal and intake data in a usable format.
- Correction: you may ask us to correct any inaccuracies in your information.
